101 KGB AWARDS BLOOD DONORS BEAR MOUNTAIN LIFT TICKETS AT 33rd ANNUAL HALLOWEEN BLOOD DRIVE WITH THE SAN DIEGO BLOOD BANK, FRIDAY, OCTOBER 21

101 KGB, “San Diego's Classic Rock Station,” is celebrating the 33rd anniversary of the KGB Halloween Blood Drive with the San Diego Blood Bank on Friday, October 21, from 9 am to 7 pm.  This year’s event will take place at Grossmont Center in the Barnes & Noble parking lot at 5500 Grossmont Center Drive, La Mesa 91942.

The first 101 will be awarded a lift ticket for Bear Mountain Resorts.

Due to the popularity of this event, appointments will not be accepted and prizes will be awarded on a first-come, first-served basis.

  "Over the past 32 years, the 101 KGB Halloween Blood Drive has become a favorite among our donors," said Lynn Stedd, blood bank spokesperson.  “Halloween is a great time for the blood bank to ‘poke’ fun at ourselves; and KGB is the perfect partner for that.”
