Bolts Huge Win Over Colts Mean More 'Powder Blue' Chargers Division Champs T-Shirts Awarded To San Diego Blood Bank Donors

Thanks to the Chargers huge win over the Colts, the ‘powder blue’ Division Champions Chargers Blood Drive XXIX T-shirts will continue to be awarded to blood donors at all San Diego Blood Bank donor centers and mobile drives in celebration of the team’s second playoff success.  The shirts will be available to donors as long as the Chargers continue their hunt for the Super Bowl.

Blood donors are also encouraged to also join the blood bank’s Donor Difference loyalty program, where members are entitled to great benefits, including the ability to track their total cholesterol, blood pressure and pulse.  Members also earn points for each donation that can be redeemed on the blood bank’s online store for items including T-shirts, Fleece Jackets, Movie Tickets and iPod Shuffles.

Anyone who is at least 17 years old, in good health and weighs at least 110 pounds may be eligible to donate blood.
