KSON is asking North County residents to “Give a Pint for Their Country” on Wednesday, June 27, at its 34th annual Pre-July 4^th Blood Drive with the San Diego Blood Bank. The drive is taking place from 1 to 6:30 p.m. in the parking lot of Phil’s Barbeque, 579 Grand, San Marcos 92078.

The first 50 donors will be awarded a Hornblower pass, a KSON t-shirt and a CD. All donors will be awarded an UltraStar movie pass and can enter to win drawings for 4 packs of tickets to local amusement parks.

Anyone who is at least 17 years old, in good health and weighs at least 110 pounds may be eligible to give blood. A good meal is recommended prior to the donation.
