NBC 7/39 Launches 10-Day Blood Donor Campaign At All Five San Diego Blood Bank Donor Centers

ONE LUCKY DONOR WILL WIN A SAN DIEGO FUN PACK WITH TICKETS TO PADRES & CHARGERS GAMES, LEGOLAND, SEAWORLD  

NBC 7/39 is asking the community to make a difference in life by giving blood between Tuesday, September 16 and Thursday, September 25, at one of the five San Diego Blood Bank donor centers located throughout the County (see list below).           

The first 300 donors that mention NBC 7/39 when they donate at donor centers only will be awarded a Sammy’s Woodfired Pizza coupon and all donors giving at the centers will be entered to win a San Diego Fun Pack which includes two tickets to a Padres game, a Chargers game, Legoland and SeaWorld.           

To make an appointment, donors should go to www.SanDiegoBloodBank.org or call 1-800-4-MY-SDBB (1-800-469-7322) and then donate at any donor center between September 16^th and the 25^th.  For official rules click here.           

Anyone over the age of 17, in good health and who weighs more than 110 pounds may be eligible to donate.  A good meal and plenty of fluids are encouraged before donating blood.
