100.7 Jack FM & 760 KFMB AM Host Blood & Marrow Drive with San Diego Blood Bank on Friday, January 29 at Dixieline ProBuild Kearny Mesa

100.7 Jack FM and 760 KFMB AM are asking the community to make a difference in life at their winter blood and bone marrow testing drive on Friday, January 29, from 11:30 a.m. to 5 pm, in the Dixieline ProBuild Kearny Mesa parking lot, 4888 Convoy Street, 92111.

The first 100 blood donors will be awarded a Snow Summit/Bear Mountain ski ticket, good Monday thru Friday non-holiday at either Snow Summit or Bear Mountain.  With a series of storms bringing epic snow to Snow Summit and Bear Mountain, this is a great “thank you” for donating!  For information about Snow Summit/Bear Mountain visit www.bigbearmountainresorts.com

In addition, while supplies last, blood donors will also be awarded a Chargers Blood Drive t-shirt (sizes subject to availability) and a pair of free admission tickets to Circus Vargas performances in February and March. A Circus Vargas Clown will be on site from 12 to 2 p.m. Donors will also be treated to Pat & Oscar’s pizza, breadsticks and salad while supplies last.

Potential bone marrow donors may also join the Be The Match registry of the National Marrow Donor Program® at this blood drive free of charge with a simple cheek swab. To qualify to join the registry all you need is to be between the ages of 18 and 60, be willing to donate to any patient in need, and meet the health guidelines.
