The SD Blood Bank 5k is a really fun 3.1 mile Walk / Run that is put on by the SD Blood Bank annually. There is a short race followed by tons of activities, food, prizes and awards. We would love to have as many GA employees (from all divisions!), family and friends join us in participating in this event and fundraising for such an important cause. If participation is not in the cards, please consider supporting our team's participation by making an online pledge. Remember, your pledge helps the San Diego Blood Bank by giving them the financial support they need to continue their efforts in our community. Hopefully not, but you might even find yourself in need of blood at some point in the future and by supporting the San Diego Blood Bank we can make sure that they continue to exist and continue to offer a safe and readily available blood supply.
