Who can enter and how to enter the Blink-182 Concert Giveaway
Donate blood from May 1 – May 31 at any San Diego Blood Bank or Southern California Blood Bank donor center or mobile blood drive, and get the chance to win. That’s right, all May blood donors age 18 years or older will be automatically entered for a chance to win the Blink-182 Concert Giveaway. The Blink-182 Concert Giveaway is awarding one (1) lucky lifesaver the following prize package worth more than $4000:
- Two (2) Premium reserved lower level (non-floor) tickets to see Blink-182 at Pechanga Arena on Tuesday, June 20, 2023, at 7:30 PM
- Seven-hour limousine service
- Pre-show hospitality featuring food and drinks
- $100 Restaurant gift card
- Two-night stay at the Pendry San Diego in Downtown

Official Rules and Terms and Conditions
All Donors 18 years of age or older who come in to donate blood and blood components, used for transfusion or further manufacturing, at any of our San Diego Blood Bank mobiles or donor centers or Southern California Blood Bank mobiles or donor center during the month of May 2023 will be automatically entered into the Blink-182 Concert Giveaway.
1. Sponsor: The Sponsor of the Blink-182 Concert Giveaway Campaign is San Diego Blood Bank, 3636 Gateway Center Avenue, Suite 100, San Diego, CA 92102.
2. Eligibility: Blink-182 Concert Giveaway Campaign – All Donors 18 years of age or older who come in to donate blood and blood components, used for transfusion or further manufacturing, at any of our San Diego Blood Bank mobiles or donor centers or Southern California Blood Bank mobiles or donor center during the month of May 2023 will be automatically entered into the drawing.
3. One entry per donor regardless of how many times they come in to donate at any one of our locations during the month of May 2023. The prize is a concert package titled “Sapphire Limo Package” for the Blink-182 event to be held at Pechanga Arena on Tuesday, June 20, 2023 at 7:30PM PST in San Diego, CA. Concert package includes two premium reserved lower level (non-Floor) tickets located in sections 1-3 or 11-13, seven hour limousine service, pre-show hospitality featuring food and drinks (approximate total retail value $4,020 USD).
4. Prize does not include travel to and from the event location beyond what is included in the limousine service. Limousine vendor will require a government-issued ID at time of service. Concert package is fulfilled by Premium Seats USA, and inclusions are subject to change. An additional $100 restaurant gift card is provided by San Diego Blood Bank and its partners. Restaurant gift card is not transferrable and/or redeemable for cash.
5. Prize package will be awarded to one (1) winner. In order to accept, the winner will be required to provide their signature and the first name, last name, and date of birth of the two individuals who will be attending the event. Concert tickets, limousine, and all other included items will be reserved under their names and will be non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.
6. Actual/appraised value of prize may differ at time of prize award. The specifics of the prize shall be solely determined by the Sponsor. No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted. Substitution of the prize or transfer/assignment of the prize to others or request for the cash equivalent of the prize by the Winner is not permitted. Any and all prize related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes shall be the sole responsibility of the Winner. Acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor to use the Winner’s name, likeness, and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
7. Odds of Winning: Odds of winning are dependent on the number of eligible entries received.
8. Winner Selection and Notification: One eligible entry will be selected by Random Draw under the supervision of the Sponsor. The Winner will be notified within 7 calendar days after the completion of the draw. The Sponsor shall have no liability for a Winner’s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail or other security settings or for a Winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If the Winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within 3 calendar days from the time award notification was sent, or fails to timely return a completed and executed declaration and release as required, the prize may be forfeited, and an alternate Winner selected. Receipt of the prize offered in this Raffle Campaign by the Winner is conditioned upon compliance with any and all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Any violation of these official rules by the Winner at the Sponsor’s sole discretion will result in the Winner’s disqualification as winner, and all privileges as winner will be immediately terminated.
9. Sponsor will attempt to contact the winner two times by email and phone.
10. Rights Granted by the winner: with additional signed consent winner allows the Sponsor and anyone acting on behalf of the Sponsor or its respective licensees, successors, and assigns, shall have the right, where permitted by law, to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use in any media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity and throughout the World, without limitation, your entry, name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, image, statements about the Campaign, and biographical information for news, publicity, information, trade, advertising, public relations, and promotional purposes without any further compensation, notice, review, or consent. You shall indemnify, defend, and hold harmless San Diego Blood Bank from and against any suit, proceeding, claims, liability, loss, damage, costs or expense, which San Diego Blood Bank may incur, suffer, or be required to pay arising out of such infringement or suspected infringement of any third party’s right.
11. Terms and Conditions: The Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the campaign or website or violates these Official Rules and Terms and Conditions.
12. San Diego Blood Bank, its partners and affiliates, are not responsible and cannot be held liable for prize damage/malfunctions or any damage, bodily harm, or injury potentially caused by the prize. Any and all risk related to use of the prize is accepted by and is the sole responsibility of the Winner.
13. Acceptance of Rules: By participating in the raffle campaign, you have affirmatively reviewed, accepted, and agreed to all of the Official Rules and Terms and Conditions. Additionally, you agree to all of the rules and guidelines set forth by all vendors related to this event, including but not limited to the event venue, limousine service, and band management. Rules and guidelines may include state and local health requirements as it relates to COVID-19, subject to change by the event vendors.
14. Discrepancies: In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the Official Rules and Terms and Conditions of the Blink-182 Concert Giveaway Campaign and disclosures or other statements contained in any Raffle Campaign materials or advertising, the Official Rules and Terms and Conditions of the Blink-182 Concert Giveaway Campaign shall prevail, govern, and control.
15. Governing Law: The Blink-182 Concert Giveaway Campaign is subject to applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. The Raffle Campaign shall be construed, governed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of laws.
