County of San Diego Kicks Off Annual Blood Drive to Boost Blood Supply in April

The County of San Diego and San Diego Blood Bank are teaming up again for the 38th Annual County Blood Drive

San Diegans and County employees are encouraged to donate blood at one of more than 20 blood drives happening this April to ensure a safe blood supply for people in our region. 

San Diego Blood Bank is proud to partner once more with the County of San Diego in a regional blood collection effort—one that has become one of SDBB’s most successful partner blood drive events.

To be eligible to donate blood, you must be at least 17 years old, weigh at least 114 pounds, and be in general good health. Eligible blood donors are encouraged to schedule an appointment online or call (619) 400-8251.
