Donate blood in Gallagher Square at Petco Park with Padres fans (and lifesavers) and get FREE T-shirt* plus access to a pair of game tickets
The San Diego Padres have partnered with San Diego Blood Bank for the sixth year to host a blood drive at Petco Park to help boost our region’s blood supply. The blood drive is open to the community, and we invite Padres fans to don their brown and yellow jerseys and ballcaps to join in on the fun at Gallagher Square while saving local lives.
All blood donors will receive access for two tickets to a Padres home game at Petco Park on June 6 against the New York Mets AND a FREE limited-edition Summer Blood Drive T-shirt while supplies last.

To be eligible to donate blood, you must be at least 17 years old, weigh at least 114 pounds, and be in general good health. Eligible blood donors are encouraged to schedule an appointment or call (619) 400-8251.

At 4 years old, Aidan was diagnosed with a fatal heart defect. Aidan was diagnosed with a fatal heart defect. He received a heart transplant and has undergone multiple brain surgeries, each requiring blood, platelets and plasma. Through the generosity of blood donors, Aidan was able to receive lifesaving blood that helped to improve his quality of life, gave him hope for the future, and the joy of more time with his family and friends.

Aidan is one of SDBB’s Team Survivor patients who enjoys visiting blood drives to thank donors in person for their blood donations. He is attending this year’s Padres Summer Blood Drive so say hello if you see him!
