SDCCU and San Diego Blood Bank Partner for Summer Blood Drives

San Diego County Credit Union is holding blood drives at six locations on June 1 to help keep blood supply stable as we head into summer. All blood types critcally needed.

This blood drive comes at a time when blood inventory is critically low heading into the summer season. There is a nationwide blood shortage and we encourage you to make an appointment to donate blood at one of these convenient locations. All blood types are needed. 

WHEN:  Tuesday, June 1, 2021, 10am - 3pm

COVID-19 Information: 

  • Safety measures are in place. Blood drives are tightly controlled environments with a limited number of people gathering at one time. 
  • All donors and staff are required to wear face coverings.
  • We are currently deferring ALL DONORS who have come into close contact with any individual with COVID-19 for 28 days from the date of last exposure, including healthcare workers. See all COVID-19 related deferrals.
