SDCCU Partners with San Diego Blood Bank for Multi-Location Blood Drive on June 1!
San Diego County Credit Union (SDCCU) and San Diego Blood Bank partner on Multi-Location Blood Drive
San Diego County Credit Union is partnering with San Diego Blood Bank to host a blood drive at multiple SDCCU locations throughout San Diego in joint effort to keep blood supply stable as we head into summer. SDCCU has supported the San Diego Blood Bank for more than 20 years. When schools are out and people go on vacations, the blood supply takes a seasonal dip. With partners like SDCCU and blood drives hosted in locations where people shop and bank, blood donors and those considering blood donation have more opportunities to give blood.
Visit various SDCCU on June 1, 2022 between 10:00 am and 3:00pm. All blood donors will receive a limited-edition Summer Blood Drive T-shirt, while supplies last.
To be eligible to donate blood, you must be at least 17 years old, weigh at least 114 pounds, and be in general good health. Eligible blood donors are encouraged to schedule an appointment or call (619) 400-8251.
