Winter Wishes, The Wonder of Giving
As a way to say thank you for taking your time to come into our Donor Centers or blood drives to donate blood for hospital patients, you're given store points. Your points can be redeemed in our online store for rewards. You can also donate your points to us and towards lifesaving medical equipment. During our Winter Wishes campaign, we asked you to donate your points towards stuffed bears for hospital patients. It didn't take long for the toys to run out of supply. It means a lot to us that rather than redeeming your points for prizes, you opted to donate them towards a little gift for someone else.
Well, we want to let you know that hospital patients who received your stuffed bears were beyond surprised and grateful when we presented your gifts. So grateful in fact, that one hospital patient cried over the mere act of being thought of!
Blood donors save lives by donating blood and helping patients heal and overcome their medical ailments.
